Outside Guests are not allowed in the room beyond 11 pm. without prior permission.

1. For bookings in December & January
a) 3 night’s retention charge if cancelled at least 10 days prior to date of arrival.
b) 5 nights retention charges if cancelled within 10 days prior to date of arrival or in case of no show.

2. For bookings during rest of the year
a) 2 night’s retention charge if cancelled within 10 days prior to date of arrival or in case of no-show.
b) No cancellation charge if cancelled more than 10 days prior to date of arrival.
